At Holos Store , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:
- Returns Period : You have 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.
- Conditions : The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

- Return Costs : Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error in the order.
Refund Policy
- Refund Approval : Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- Processing Time : If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Products : Some items, such as personalized products, intimate and hygiene products, are non-refundable.
